Hello all. Recently my friend has been experiencing very slow response time
whether to get to MS Word, retrieving e-mail or going on the web. Her computer
is 7 years old, she uses IE 8, Jaws 10 and Outlook Express.
Jaws is also very slow to respond. She has done a defrag on her system and has
also run her virus checker. My question is, does this sound like a software
problem or might there be a problem with the hardware itself.
Any info would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
