This is close to what I need. The problem is I need the exact settings for 
that particular ISP, specifically the out going for sure.

I'm wondering if this is like cable or is it a dsl?

For my cable for instance, on the advance  setting is the defaults since
time warner doesn't use this and it's 25/110.
on the server tab settings is, pop.tx.rr.com and smtp.tx.rr.com

if it's dsl that might use what ATT used on the advance tab of, 465 in the
first  box with the security box checked,  995 in the second box and also
check the security box, it's optional if they want to keep a copy of
messages on the server weather to check this box or not on this same page.
