I have version 8 for win 7. I do believe I will stay with this version.

The difference between 7 and 9 is that 9 works with Windows 7.

Unless you're planning to purchase the Pearl camera to use with OB 9, there is really little reason to upgrade from OB 8. Using a scanner, there is llittle difference in accuracy or scanning speed between OB 7 (my default version) and OB 9, which I am using in demo mode.

Is the open book version 9 much more accurate than 8? I can not decide if I want to upgrade or not. I do not use open book very much since my wife is sighted. There are occasions when I do need it. Not sure if the upgrade cost will really benefit me. Any thoughts?
