Can you please give the link to download this version of the player. Every
version I've tried just isn't blind friendly.

I was looking on the site for video lan where you get vlc media player and
if you look in the ftp link for older versions and get the last one for
0.8.6 i you will be able to navigate titles and chapters on a dvd. It seem
to work really well so far.
