How do you access them if the radio won't work?

the BBC radio streams as well as those from the USA and they are easy to

I wanted to check out the radio that's in web IE but I can't get it to
open. I hit enter on it like you would in other programs but nothing
happened. Is there a certain way to open the radio so you can select a
station?
Any help will be very graciously accepted and appreciated.
