The following question is based on using Outlook 2000 I currently use Road runner for my internet access & email. One option they offer is to create sub email accounts under the master one. I now have two email accounts and have configured Outlook to download mail automatically from both accounts to my inbox when checking for new messages. In Outlook 2000 under tools and then accounts, both accounts are listed and I get the option to set one as my default email client. In playing with this it appears whichever I select as default is the address used for new outgoing messages. Everything seems to share the same outlook.pst folder regardless of which email address I'm using. My question is there a quick way to change from one identify to the other (i.e. keystroke) without having to change the default account as described above?
