Gino Thanks for the reply. I'm using Outlook 2000 (not outlook express) and I cannot duplicate what you say. Can you check to see if a step or keystroke is missing?

Bring up a new e-mail and control/shift and B and gives me the list of my address book pick and tab down through the BBC field and ok once the address is there, tab to CC and then do a ALT N and bingo there is my accounts, tab through to the one you want. You have to enter on it and there you go tab to subject and the e-mail and send!
