[Blind-Computing] Using McAfee antivirus to cleanup a flash drive

I have been using the McAfee antivirus program for a number of years and it has 
kept my computer clean 99 times out of one hundred.  What I want to do now is 
to ask the program to scan a flash drive and to get rid of any unwanted 
spyware, etec.  How do I get the computer to scan the flash drive and not the 
rest of the stuff on the computer?
