Hi Francis; I don't use McAfee but, I believe these steps will work. Try the following; 1. Go to your desktop and click on My computer. 2. Go down the list of drives and just highlight, don't open, the drive you would like to scan. 3. Press the applications / context menu key. 4. Now just arrow down until you hear something like " Scan with McAfee " and press enter. After pressing enter, McAfee should start scanning the drive.
