NO. This is not correct at all. Windows 64 bit is just fine. This specific 
problem is an Explorer problem. Check this out, I copied and pasted from the 
link below. I'm sure you're getting similar error messages. This person is 
using a 32 bbit version of Windows 7.

Hi Graham.
No I don't think it's a JAWS problem at all. NVDA even had this problem 
too. So I think it's a Windows 7 64 bit problem.
