Chris, outside of your personal experience, do you have any information or link 
that clearly states this is a Windows 64 bit problem and that going back to 32 
bit fixes this?

Exactly the same problem I had guys. A reboot fixed it for a while then, 
oops, it's back! I just could not take it anymore hence the switch to 32 
bit.
