hi
someone is selling a windows 7 upgrade cd
it is unused and unregistered.
it has the 32 bit and 64 bit version.
i am wondering can this be installed over xp?
i am told if it won't i would be refunded.
but would like to know before i send payment
that way someone else can have the offer
