Hello Friends, One reason I really like my A T and T ISP is because they have a anti virus scanning system in place that catches just about every virus that would come into my computer before my AVG even gets a chance to!!
I receive messages like this: - - Your AT&T Yahoo! Mail Virus Protection detected the virus 'Malformed container violation' in the file 'NORTHBOU.dat', attached to the enclosed email message. We scanned the file using Norton AntiVirus but were unable to clean it. Therefore, we removed the content of the attachment from the message. Please contact the message sender if you want to receive the attachment. They must clean the file and resend it before we can deliver it to you safely. - - My question is: Do other ISP providers have anti virus protection? And if so, do they catch most viruses before they even reach your computer?
