In what sense?
I do some work in PHP using Jamal's text editors, Edsharp and Textpal, and
this is generally working on a windows machine running WAMP
(windows-apache-mysql-php) to work on and then upload the files to a normal
web server using FileZilla.
If this is what you meant, then you can easily enough find all those pieces
of software, or I can provide links, but anyway...?
