How did you come to the conclusion that you needed your flash player 
updated?

To update your flash player try this link:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Make sure you do not have Google toolbar checked.

Arianna. Please post the link to the website where you can upgrade your
flash player and I'll take a look. I've been able to do this just fine in

Scorpio, I have NVDA on my computer, but it didn't help to install this
darned Flash Player.

Any other suggestions?

I pressed the i button for install, but it didn't work.
