Yes, it is the solution and I'm very much pleased.

I tried everything before you sent me this link and was frustrated, so you have made my day!

Thank you, thank you. I'll stand up and take my bow now! (Smile).
Actually, you should wait a few days before celebrating as this might not be
the solution to your problems.

Andre, thanks to you, I now have Flash Player installed!

I need Flash Player to use my favorite internet radio, www.theradio.com.
Try it; you might like it.

How did you come to the conclusion that you needed your flash player
updated?

To update your flash player try this link:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Make sure you do not have Google toolbar checked.

Arianna. Please post the link to the website where you can upgrade your
flash player and I'll take a look. I've been able to do this just fine in
the past.

Any other suggestions?

Hi Arianna,

As it turns out, if you do get that install box for Adobe Flash player,
just
shut down Jaws, or any other screen reader you have, then start up NVDA,
as
I found out that it does seem to interact with the buttons in the dialog
box.

Granted, the button to install it still says I and that's it, but where
Jaws
won't even touch the button, NVDA does, so you may want to install NVDA
temporarily to download the flash update.
