Hello Wayne, It sounds like the information bar is popping up.
In those cases, when you hear the click, just press alt+N to go to the information bar, then press the spacebar to activate it. Arrow up or down to the appropriate choice, in this particular case, the choice will be to download the file, and press enter. You should get the download dialog box right away, but if you don't, try the download again by entering on the link, and at this point, it should start. Actually, now that I think about it, that click might be a pop up that's been blocked, and again, if that's the case, follow the directions I outlined above, but instead of the download file option being entered on, enter on the line that says, "allow pop-ups from this site..." The minute you do this, a dialog box will pop up asking you if you want to allow pop-ups from this site, at which point, just tab to the Yes button, which should be the default button, and press the spacebar. Again, you can try the link again, and it should work this time. If you hear another noise, then the download has been blocked, and you'll have to repeat the steps above. Let us know how you do.
