I downloadede the first Sapi program. I don';t know if that was the right
one. What do I do next? How do I get in there to hear what the voices
sound like I just checked the Jaws Voices and only microsoft Anna is there.

The Jaws users website has the other voices available, and you can
download
it from the programs page.
Even if you aren't a Jaws user, you can still download a tonne of gems
from
that site.
