[Blind-Computing] Active Destop

I  keep getting a  message asking me to restore  my active Destop, which I  do 
not understand.
Also I  keep getting a  message from internet explorer when I  try to open 
mydocuments folder.
this message warns me of an unspecified security risk.
I  have run twoantivirusprograms but findno problem.
going mad.
