The volume on my computer is set using the volume control on the control on one
of the speakers attached to the machine. However, when I want to listen to BBC
radio programs or perhaps sacred music from FDC radio, it is necessary for me
to increase the volume so that I can hear what is being said on the BBC Radio
or on FDC. If I use the volume control on the speaker it is deafening.

Is there another type of setting to adjust the volume for listening to the
internet?

In the control panel I have set the up down setting to 100 per cent and the
left right speakers to 50 per cent. Any advice would be welcome.
