Ije, the Turbo C ide w/which I'm familiar is a dos program. If that is
the case, then u should get jaws for dos, which is freeware on the
freedom scientific website. It assumes u have some sort of hardware
synth like a doubletalk or braillenote, etc. It's 1 of the more
accessible ides under dos, but I'm not totally sure how well
xp/vista/7 would run such a program anymore.
