Daily Tip:
Posture

Sitting in the same position for hours at a time can cause neck and back pain,
and slouching in your chair can exaggerate the problem. To avoid stress on your
back, sit with your upper arms parallel to your spine and then move your chair
close to your desk. Additionally, your entire back should be pressed against
your chair back to evenly distribute pressure across your back. Finally, get
up, stretch, or simply take a quick walk a few times a day to loosen up your
muscles.

it.
