thank you for the step guide
i have saved it to somewhere i can find it when i need it
not sure about what it looks like yet as there is no one here to help me
to open it in a program
but i believe it can be saved as desktop background
if i did have it as wallpaper on the desktop how would i remove it?

Hi Yvonne,
Here are the steps for Outlook Express.
Select the message with the attachment, and open the message.
Next, go to the file menu and arrow to save attachments and hit enter.
You tab thru this dialogue,and save the attachment to a location of your
choice.
Once the attachment has been saved, you can then go to that location,
locate the file and hit enter.
The file should open in either Windows Picture and Fax Viewer, or
Microsoft Paint, depending on what is available on your system.

1 save the attachment which of course is the photograph
2 open the jpeg attachment to ask someone to describe it
