Don't think folders have extensions at all.

There in fact is no such extension at least to my knowledge of .R. I agree

Is the extension " .R " or, is it " .RAR ?" Personally, I've never heard
of
a " .R " file extension but, with all the time I spend on Doctor Phil's
couch there are a lot of things I've missed! LOL

called 7Zip,using the download link below.
