Yep, it looks like there are now only two versions: 32 bit or 64 bit. I imagine the installer can detect which OS you are running and make any necessary adjustments automatically. I installed the 32 bit version for my XP machine and had no problem. MSE 2.0 has a few new options on the Settings tab but is otherwise little changed from the previous version.
