hi mike
that did not work either
however a thought has just come to mind either you or someone else said that i had to press the caps lock key twice to perform some functions i only pressed it once when trying to open the attachment
could this possibly be why it did not work?
anyway i found the way to set the zero key back to the numeric keypad as the jaws key so i have gone back to that

i think the attachments may open now
i will give it another try and let you know
if this is ok then have one problem sorted

Hi Yvonne;

If the insert key on your number pad isn't working correctly, & you trying
to use this key to open your attachments, that is probably why your
attachments aren't opening. Try using the insert key that is located in
your, 6 pack of keys located between the main keyboard & the number pad.
Hope this helps.  Take care.
Mike
