hi mike
having reset jaws key back to zero on the numeric keypad i can now open
attachments once again.
now that is 2 problems sorted
1 attachments now open
2 jaws key reset back to where it was

Hi Yvonne;
If the insert key on your number pad isn't working correctly, & you trying
to use this key to open your attachments, that is probably why your
attachments aren't opening. Try using the insert key that is located in
your, 6 pack of keys located between the main keyboard & the number pad.

the other day someone said how to change the jaws key insert zero from
the numeric keypad to something different
this is not working to my advantage and i want to revert back to using
