Hi,
I believe the key to launch Narrator is
windows+u
and
alt+x to quit
I had alt+control+n to launch notpad but the NVDA uses this keystroke to
launch.
I am going to experiment.

No, Windows-N will not launch Narrator. If you want to launch it with one
keystroke, you have to create a hot key. It's really no big deal.

You can always create your own hot key to launch Narrator, like
Alt-Control-N.
