hello there; do you have the drivers downloaded to your computer?
if you don't first you need to download them to your computer. once you have the drivers downloaded, all you need to do is, press enter on the .exe file. most likely, using a dell myself, the driver will be in a folder. just open and find the .exefile, hope this helps.
