[Blind-Computing] what voice is used for Watson ibm super computer?

Hi. I have a few questions for the people on this list. what voice is used for 
the ibm super computer Watson? I don't think it is Alex from voice over.  and 
when will we be able to use that voice for our screen readers? many thanks. I 
hope that some one has the ancers. from Mich.
