From what I heard, laptops are better tan netbooks. they have more
processing memory.

I want to know, if I buy a netbook, will it be able to do the same as a
laptop? I am talking bottom of the range.
I would like to be able to at least scan with it.
I know that the netbook does not have a dvd rom.
