Hi Mike, I also sent this direct to you, no it is not because you are using outlook express because I am using outlook express too. when you mentioned the web site on list I went to the website and could not find a subscribe link so I just went ahead and forwarded a spam email to them so they could unsubscribe me from it and they sent a conformation email back to me with a link to phill in some personal information. the email address I sent my spam email to is: [email protected] that is how I got subscribed to it. if they do not send you an email back it may be because you are already subscribed so in that case just send an email to them telling them your problem and they will write back to you and let you know if you are subscribed or not. when they write back to you they will send you an email with your password they assigned to you and you will have to log on and change this password. the email address for support is: [email protected] but I have to tell you when you go on to the site and log on it is hard because when jaws is in form mode it seemed to jump over the sign in button after I philled my user name and password I had to take it out of forms mode and use my arrow keys in order to click on the sign in button. hope this helps anna
