Hi Anna;

Thank you very much for your response and explaining everything you had to 
do to get subscribed.  I pretty much had to go through the same crap and 
still don't know if I was subscribed for the free account or not.  I have 
spent the better part of 1½ hours trying to figure their website and finally 
I called them and left them a message briefly explaining how difficult their 
website is to navigate for people using screen readers.  We'll see what they 
have to say if or when, they call back.  I do have to admit, the program 
works very well.  I have had no new spam emails from the same companies 
after sending them to Unsubscribe.com.  Take care.

they assigned to you and you will have to log on and change this password.

  but I have to tell you when you go on to the site and log on it is hard 
because when jaws is in form mode it seemed to jump over the sign in button 
after
  I philled my user name and password I had to take it out of forms mode and 
use my arrow keys in order to click on the sign in button.

  Would you please give me the exact steps, in detail, that you used to
  subscribe / get started?  I can't seem to get signed up & I'm waiting for 
an
  email response.  I'm wondering if it's because I'm running Outlook Express 
&
  they don't support OE as of now.  All help will be greatly appreciated.
