I was contacted off list by a nice guy who tackled this with FreedomScientific he told me he was advized: 1. Turn off add ons. 2. Change something in the start up settings, didn't really understand this bit. 3. Make sure that the current window was maximised.
None of them work, individually or in any or all combinations. Stay calm moderator, this is hearsay: he was then told to up date the drivers on his computer.
