Hi Arianna; If it's the script error I'm thinking of, just click the yes option. I don't recall all that much about the message but, I don't think that it installs anything on the computer. It just needs to run some kind of script for some reason or another. Boy that explanation was informative as hell, wasn't it?! LOL Seriously, if your husband will virtualize the window the next time this error message comes up, & copies it, email it to the list so we can take a look at it. Take care. Mike
