For your messages not saying, unread, try pressing Alt + E, for the edit
field, arrow down to, mark as unread, & pressing enter. Hope this helps.

In outlook express the alt F, T, etc no longer calls up the menus.
Also messages in my inbox no longer say unread.
I am using Jaws 12, windows XP j-tools 4.
I am working on a lap top with a full sized keyboard and the setting
is
to desktop for keyboard which has always worked in the past.
what have I done this time?
