Not quite since we use a lot of hotkeys to quickly navigate to relevant
content etc., and here's a link to jaws' own bit of tutorial material
relating to using the 'net <smile>:

While some guys do use things like dragon naturally speaking, I think most
of us just touch type as such, but anyway...and there are free typing
tutorial bits of software out there that include their own spoken/audio
prompts.
