Hi Alan; In a nutshell, this program takes a snapshot of your whole operating system, including your My Documents folder, Favorites, Windows Address Book, & whatever else is included in your operating system. When you do a restore using The Rollback RX program, it will roll back everything in the operating system & not just the program files, settings, & whatever else that system restore does. Rollback RX basically does a complete rollback of your C drive. So, if using Rollback RX, you have to be aware that if you don't backup your files & you do a rollback, you will lose personal information. Like saved Word docs / Text files, favorites, address book info, & other saved information that system restore doesn't touch. This program is much easier to use for doing a system restore but, you have to be aware of its extended capabilities. When I have more time I will post more information. If I haven't described or, have said anything incorrectly, would others please jump in & straighten things out. Hope this helps, a little. Take care. Mike

It is a great program but, navigating it is a real pain! Does anyone know if there are scripts available for this program? Or, any available tutorials to help Jaws users with this program? I am running XP Home, & Jaws10, 11, & 12 latest. All help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks much. Take care.
