Scorpio: Thanks to your tetorial, it was deeply appreciated. I swiched over to winamp after using wmp since the day before forever, so I am just exploring when I have the time. The creating a play list stuff you sent a while back helped out. What i used to do was just play everything I have on my laptop and i was like thinking sheesh I wish there was a way to just create a list of my favorite songs to listen to. Thanks. Take care.

Or, even worse, the new playlist gets added to the previous one, this would especially happen if you used the include in Winamp option in your applications menu. You can ideally use the keystroke of control+S to save the playlist as an M3U file, which you can name and position in the ensuing dialog box, which, I'm assuming you know how to play with. Just remember, and I can't remember the keystroke to at someone else gave on how to do this, but, if you're going to create a second playlist, control+tab to the playlist window, press control+A to highlight all the tracks in the playlist, and press the delete key to clear the playlist. At that point, one would press the letter L to add files to the playlist as one requires. I'm glad you got things working for you.
