You can do this with any recording software. I use XP but it ought be
similar with Vista/Win 7.
1. Open your Volume utility press ALT and up arrow once to the
"properties" item.
2. Tab once and then if needed arrow up or down to the "Playback"
setting Press enter.
3. Then tab around to find your microphone setting and unmute it
with the checkbox.
4. Press Alt again and up arrow to properties again and tab once .
5. Arrow up or down to the "recording" setting and press enter
6. Tab around and set it to the "What You Hear" option with the checkbox
If you have more than one sound device/card you'll have to make sure
its the one you want.
Then begin recording and it'll record your voice as it passes through
your sound card as well the screen reader doing same.
Hope that helps you out.

someone can heere me talk and also here my jaws or ?other screen reader as
I am fumbling through the tetorial.
Any help or advice or guidance will be deeply appreciated.
