You are quite correct but at least the meaning of my message was perfectly 
clear, as so were those who enjoyed making some fun at my expense. Some days 
I just don't enjoy doing this.

It's always been my experience that a spell-checker doesn't pick-up a word
which is pronounced the same as another word, but is spelled differently and
has a different meaning. Examples are: there their, and patience patients.
