Hi. I have a student who is considering the purchase of a new netbook. My assumption is that most netbooks are installed with windows 7 Starter. If this is true I know that this OS is limited to 2 GB of RAM. Considering this what can she expect from overall performance when using this with a screen reader. She owns JAWS but is also willing to use NVDA. She is mainly interested in using her Web browser, email client, word processor and spreadsheet. Also, can the contents of the JAWS authorization CD be copied onto a USB thumb drive so that I can successfully install and activate her copy of JAWS?
