Hi Kimsan; Since Windows Mail is supposed to be the same as Outlook Express try the following;
1. While in any folder without any messages open, press Alt + V, for the view menu. 2. You should land on, current view, if not arrow to it & press enter. 3. Arrow upto, group messages by conversation. If this box is unchecked, press enter to check it. Pressing enter to check this box will also take you out of the menues. Hope this helps. Take care.
