Hi Kimsan;

I forgot to mention that if you want to collapse a thread of messages, you
have to be on the first message of the thread. Take care.
Mike

  Hi Mike:
  I'm sorry for that but what I meant by yotta yotta is typically in outlook
  07 when messages are grouped by conversation when I arrow down the list,
for
  example, I will hear conversation left bracket blind-computing] then the
  subject of the thread. I do not hear any of this in windows mail.

  Hi Kimsan;

  I don't know what yotta yotta yotta is but, having this particular checked
  will say " collapsed " when there is more than 1 message in a thread and
  when you hear, " collapsed ", you press the right arrow key to expand the
  thread and read the rest of the messages in this particular thread. It
  takes a little getting used to but, if there is a thread you don't have an
  interest in, all you have to do is press delete and with the thread being
  collapsed you delete the whole thread at once rather than having to delete
  all the messages in the thread 1 at a time if the thread were to be
  expanded. Hope I didn't butcher this explaanation too badly. Take care.

    Hi Mike:
    So by having that box unchecked as I arrow through messages, it will say
    conversation yotta yotta?
    I unchecked it, and I'm not hearing it.
    Thanks.
