If you have Office 2003, then Outlook 2003 will be on the install CD. Just
rerun the Office setup from the original CD and select Outlook. If you do
not have the original install CD, you will have to purchase a replacement CD
from Microsoft, assuming that the copy you currently are using is a valid
licensed copy. You can also find shrink-wrapped copies of Office 2003 on
eBay for about $50.
