Don't be confused by the term "safe mode". In Firefox,this simply means running it wit all add-ons disabled. So unless you are trying to troubleshoot a particular problem with Firefox, you should always run it in regular mode.

I am just new at using firefox and I would like to know when you want to use the program should you always use it in safe mode ?
or can you use it in the regular mode and still be protected?
I guess what I am really trying to say is there is two things listed in the sub menue on the start menue Firefox and Firefox safe mode.
which one of the two should I always use?
