Ok, that's generally a connection/configuration issue, and those settings,
which you can generally find using tools menu, hitting up arrow and then
hitting enter on account options, selecting an account from list, and
hitting alt + P for properties, and then ctrl + tab to servers page would
most likely be relevant, but the actual settings you want to change there
would generally be specific to your internet service provider FWIW.
Also, if you hit space bar on the details button, you might get more
information when then tabbing around that error dialogue.

My guess would be off hand that there's a problem with connection/mail
server settings.
What actually happens when you try typing up a message, etc., and then
hit
ctrl + enter to try send it?
What I mean is not too sure what you mean when you say there's an issue
sending mails?

Hi listers, I am using windows XP and outlook express and Jaws 11. I am
having problems sending messages. I am able to receive them but I cannot
send them. I did a disk clean up and a defragging but it did not fixed
