Well the mic can't be muted because JAWS can be heard. If your test call worked all right, I have no idea what's going on then.

Hi. try looking at your mike settings and input and out put settings
under settings in the skype options under preferences. hth. it sounds
like you need to fix your mike or something. hth. from Mich. ps you
can also try doing a test call. and for that you would type in echo hth.

Hi,

I rarily use skipe so please excuse the stupid question.

I just made a skipe call and when I did, the person could hear my
jaws, pretty much everything I am typing but they cannot hear me
when I
talk.
What is going on? If someone tells me to look at some settings,
please be very specific cuzz again, I hardly ever use skipe, so just
spell it out for me.

I am using skipe 5.1 .
