I managed to get google translation to do a sort of online translation of my 
own website into italian, but it took a bit of time playing around with 
interface to get it to render, and not too sure if it would then be all that 
easy to download it as such:

Aside from that, it really depends on how you want to edit it, since you can 
edit web pages in things like MS word, but it generally puts a bunch of 
background clutter in there then...<smile>
