Hi Dan, Were you in Outlook Express with the address book open when you tried to paste that link into it? If you were, you can import all your entries back into it. Or, 1 thing you might try is, close Outlook Express & reboot the computer. This might re-populate the address book. Let us know what happens. Take care. Mike
